The Digital Evidence Innocence Initiative (DEII) is the first and only organization in the nation solely dedicated to exonerating the innocent, in cases involving digital evidence. Providing expert forensic services, resources and training to advance a uniformed national standard Digital Evidence Case Assessment Method (DECAM) for preventing wrongful convictions in cases involving digital evidence. DECAM by was created by IRIS LLC for the defense community to reduce pre‐trial incarceration and prevent future wrongful convictions in cases involving digital evidence. Applied to post-conviction review in cases where digital evidence was a deciding factor; became the genesis for the first ever Digital Evidence Innocence Initiative.
